Please remember our cancellation policy:
A 50 % deposit is required to hold your reservation. The balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
All payments can be made with any major credit card via paypal, Venmo or Zelle wire transfer.
We do have a 3 day minimum stay policy. However, we are willing to work with our guests during low season. If you do not book 3 days or more, there is a $25 cleaning fee added to the reservation amount.
Christmas and New Years week, we have a 7 day stay policy.
Should you need to change or cancel a reservation, you are required to notify Las Palmas Tropicales 30 days prior to your arrival date. There will be a 20% cancellation fee of the entire booking applied. In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of the reservation date, NO REFUND will be given. Guests are required to pay all nights reserved.
July - October is our official hurricane season.
Las Palmas Tropicales is not be responsible for refunds due to bad weather.
Due to the limited number of rentals here at the beach, we do ask that our guests read and honor our policy before committing to a reservation.
